SHIPPING POLICY

Postage and handling fees are charged extra on the invoice.
Shipping only available in South Africa at the moment.
Cape Town & Suburbs:
R100-00 delivery in 2 days from date of payment
Main Cities:
R110-00 delivery within 3 to 4 business days hours from date of payment
Regional outlying areas:
R200-00 delivery within 3 to 4 business days from date of payment
ALL invoices need to be paid in full before any orders will be dispatched according to your given delivery date.
*You may make arrangements for collection in from my stock room in Hout Bay.
International Shipping is available on request at your cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

BAMBA ZONKE do not offer refunds on any purchases.
However, if you are unhappy with your order, you can return it in its original condition (unwashed and unworn), with original tags, within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will issue you a store credit.

All exchanges must be mailed back within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping expenses for exchanges are upon the customer, but we will pay the return shipping to get you the exchange product for SA orders only.

We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of products on our website and catalogue.
